Starwood 2026 dates posted - July 14-20. Tickets ($50 online advance discount ends June 30, 2026, midnight ET)
Food options onsite:
- NOTE: Caffiena's kitchen food line will not be serving food to attendees for Starwood 2026.
- Caffiena's cafe (8am-9pm) will have a number of food options including some from Suzy's BBQ: pulled pork sandwiches, brats, hotdogs, hamburgers from Century Farm Market, breakfast sandwiches, baked goods, sides and more, some hot and cold drinks, ice.
- There will be food trucks next to Caffiena's including:
  - Burrito Buggy (10am-10pm): burritos and other street mexican food (FB page).
  - The Completely Baked Pretzel Company (9am-10pm): pretzel gyros, wraps, fajitas, tots, smoothies and more (FB page).
- PLEASE PLAN AHEAD: We strongly encourage attendees to bring your own food and come prepared to be self-sufficient. Wait times at vendors may be longer than usual, especially during peak hours & heat. Our vendors are aware of the higher traffic, but lines are expected. Pack snacks, meals, and plenty of water so you can enjoy the event comfortably!
Starwood Attendees may arrive before Tuesday, July 14 to camp at a $25/adult/day rate as early as Friday, July 10. NOTE: Prior to the event, Wisteria will operate the gate and no entrance will be permitted between 10pm and 10am; there will be a new electronically locked gate new to Starwood in 2026. Please camp outside of taped off reserved areas.
Torch Makers Needed! - Starwood will be looking for 5 volunteers to create the torches that will be used to start the Bonfire! Ask at Information before 6pm Tue of Starwood (July 14). Learn more.
The Starwood XLVI (2026) Tour Guide (5.7 MB) was sent to the printers July 1. Some Errata found so far.
YOU ARE INVITED to join the Starwood Choir, starting with chants Opening (and Closing) Circle and for the Saturday night concert. Show up at Opening and Closing circles early to SING the chants (find the lyrics in the back of the Tour Guide) and find harmonies as you will and to daily rehearsals from 11:30am-12:45pm in the DidgeDome to practice for a Concert on the Main Stage on Saturday! The pond is for daylight swimming ONLY. Please respect the closed gate after dark and come back the next day.
