- The "Hecate Shrine" in the Tour Guide map has been corrected to "The Shrine" aka "The Goddess Shrine" and "Gaia Shrine" in the online 2025 Starwood Map (jpg, 121 KB).
- The Sober Spot has MOVED since 8:30pm Wed to the camp behind the port-a-pottys across from First Aid.

- 4pm Gate: Starwood registration checkin begins

- 10am: In camp parking enforcement begins (stop moving)

- 2:30pm Oomphalos:
- Pagan Mushroom History CANCELLED due to speaker cannot make it to Starwood.
- Instead, Mediumship for Beginners - Mortellus
- 5:30pm Hickory Grove: Ritual-Bringing Through the Gods- T. Richardson MOVED to Friday 9:00 PM at the Shrine.

- Torch Makers Needed! Found! - Starwood was looking for 5 more volunteers to create the torches that will be used to start the Bonfire! Ask at Information before 6pm Tue. Learn more.
- WARNING: Route 684 was flooded in both directions and flash flood warnings were issued (notice posted to this site at 8pm Wed, removed from this site Thu 10am; local authories posted roads clear by 10:45pm Wed). Please do not leave site (during the incident) for your safety. All low lying roads in the area were flooded.
- WARNING: Shelter in place order made 5:15pm thu, then reduced to move at your own risk at 5:40pm, ended around 7. Thunderstorm 5-7pm Thu that may affect programming, especially stage shows (at Main Stage, Greenman, Pufferdome) and events without cover. Check in here around then and shortly after for programming changes. If storms are severe, please seek nearby shelter and remain in place until it passes. More road flooding and nearby lightening likely. You may also check road conditions with Ohio Go.

- CAUTION: due to the long rains this week, the parking lot and roads in and out of camp are extra muddy and slick. Please exercise caution while driving today, (and tomorrow, if staying the night) especially if you do not have 4WD/AWD. Several people had to have their vehicles towed out of the mud. Please contact Wisteria at the office, or to someone with a radio, to help you tow your vehicle out (they have a tractor) if needed and avoid muddy slopes while re-parking. [ posted Sun 1:55 pm ]
